Urban Personal Training was born out of the desire to provide real weight loss results through a holistic approach encompassing fitness, nutrition, lifestyle and personalised attention to each individual. Whilst we are not nutritional experts, we are able to offer some guidance to healthy eating practices in cooperation with a qualified dietition
We are a couple with a passion in personal fitness and sports of all types. We have both been involved in various sports for many years and are committed to help others achieve their desired goals wether that be weight loss, general fitness, muscle definition or a combination of everything.
We believe in exercise for every-body, in that everyone can exercise, they might just need a little bit of help. We both live and breathe exercise and health every day and are very keen on assisting others to feel the same way! We train with a different type of client every day, with different needs and focus, and this is what makes being a personal trainer really interesting and motivational. Seeing our clients’ reach their goals and assisting them in the journey is very fulfilling.

We already have a number of clients that participate in "remote" training for a number of reasons. We are expanding this offering to all our existing and new clients. Now you can book in for an online training session no matter where you are.

Weight Management is a core service we provide through our fully qualified Weight Management Consultant. Mai will design an eating plan suited to your specific requirements whether that be weight loss or weight gain in a healthy and controlled manner.

Living Longer Living Stronger is an exciting new exercise program to help older people improve their physical strength and fitness. It is a progressive training program designed to improve strength, balance, coordination and endurance.
We are able to offer the "LLLS" program designed and facilitated by COTA (Council On The Ageing) for over 50's at various centres around the Central Coast.

We can also work with a range of professionals including physiotherapists, chiropractors and local doctors to ensure that any specific health and fitness requirements are administered in the most effective manner. We are also able to provide services to NDIS Plan Managed and Self Managed clients.
